Our Philosophy

At VANILLA + ROSE Cakes our baking philosophy is simple... we use the best ingredients in all of our cakes!

• We never use box cake mixes!  Our cakes are made from scratch using high quality dairy.
• Our chocolate cakes are made with some of the finest premium chocolate.
• Our fruit cakes are made from fresh fruit purees we make ourselves, and we try to buy locally.
• Our buttercream is made with real butter!  It's not overly sweet.
• Our fondant is animal free and gluten free. 

Why do we all this? Well…we think real ingredients just plain taste better!  Plus, it’s better for you.
